HANDMADE
FURNITURE
I create and sell handmade wooden furniture using both live edge slabs, reclaimed lumber, and more traditional planks. I use domestic lumber with a minimum amount of miles behind them to reduce the carbon footprint of my pieces.

While I often use traditional joinery, as in the wedged mortise and tenons in the walnut table above, I am not shy to blend tradition with modern techniques such as epoxy inlays.
HANDCARVED SPOONS, CHOPSTICKS
I carve and sell a variety of spoons, from rustic individual pieces to spoons carved in batches from the same design. I also use traditional Japanese kanna and nokogiri to make chopsticks and items such as sushi trays. Other treen (woodenware) I've made in the past has included conductor's batons, cutting boards, shrink pots, pencil cups, chopstick rests, etc.

These lovingly crafted utensils are made from green lumber from Rochester, NY; with the exception of using New York hardwoods for chopsticks and cutting boards.

DECORATIVE BOXES
I've put many hours behind the scrollsaw making enough ornaments to decorate many Christmas trees, as well as creating handmade Celtic crosses for customers, friends, and family. Additionally, I often make small boxes to practice handcut joinery and techniques.
